Disliked: So many children during my stay, running up and down halls. Not hotels fault of course

Liked: The location was wonderful it was a very clean establishment and the staff were friendly
Disliked: I had paid for an upgrade of a king size room with a bathtub upon check-in I was given a two double bed room with a bathtub and the double beds really were inconvenient cuz there was a reason why I booked a king size bed

Liked: Located in a location, lots of places to eat or shop. Very close to frankenmuth michigan.And has the best bfast I've ever had at a hotel!!! Its also so clean and not loud.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: Nothing it was an absolute dump and completely filthy.
Disliked: The hot tub stunk like dead fish. The pool was cold as ice. Our room was filthy when we checked in. The staff specifically Sahara was rude to us from the minute we checked in. Another couple found bed bugs in their room and yet another couple had to transfer rooms twice because their room was disgusting!
