Do not stay here it’s...

Liked: Nothing it was an absolute dump and completely filthy.
Disliked: The hot tub stunk like dead fish. The pool was cold as ice. Our room was filthy when we checked in. The staff specifically Sahara was rude to us from the minute we checked in. Another couple found bed bugs in their room and yet another couple had to transfer rooms twice because their room was disgusting!

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: This was by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. We traveled here with a hockey team for a youth tournament and it was terrible. We booked for two nights with our family and teammates and upon arrival, our neighbor was up at the front desk stating there were bedbugs in his room. Sahara at the front desk was beyond rude from the beginning when we questioned what was going on with the room next to us. After getting settled into our room, we noticed the bathroom was really dirty. There were hairs in the shower and along the floorboards. The inside of our window fell apart. There was black mold in my mother’s room in the showers and along the windowsills. There was mold in the corners of our room. The pool was covered in drywall dust and the floors were covered in drywall dust. Nobody attempted to even clean the floors after construction was performed. The hot tub had a foul smell and was cold. There was a thick film across the top of the pool and the pool room really outdated. I really hope that this review finds other families so they don’t have to deal with what we dealt with for the weekend. They did offer to refund us the first night, but due to issues with family members we could not all book other rooms and have our money back in time to pay for a different room for the weekend.
