Liked: Property is new built and location is amazing. The property was also clean
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. It was drastically changed from what it used to be a year ago. No fried eggs, no waffles, no pan cakes, no fresh fruits, no yogurts. Very limited choice.Moreover we booked for a Sofa bed in the room. When we checked in- sofa bed wasn’t made. When requested, reception argued that sofa bed wasn’t included. I then had to show them reservations details and they acknowledged their mistake. Overall disappointing customer handling by the staff on duty. They were border line rude.

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly location was perfect and hotel very clean. Rooms very big
Disliked: The beds were small and very uncomfortable. i suffer with back issues, and I didn't sleep as bed very hard and the pillows were all very firm.. This is the only downfall about this hotel.
