Disliked: The price we paid for stay was very expensive

Really enjoyed it felt safe...

Liked: The staff was amazing, discovered I left my phone in an Uber and the young lady at the desk was so kind..she went the extra mile with me to help get my phone back, she even drove to the nearby phone service company and waited for me to finish my transaction, because she knew I was traveling alone and It was raining very hard..eventually with her help and the help of the phone service agent. I was able to finally get my phone back and was able to move on with my day. I was so...happy and grateful, definitely a kind and passionate person..impeccable service, facilities were very clean as well.

Liked: Location was great, free parking and breakfast was wonderful. Our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and capable.
Disliked: Our room—3rd floor, overlooked the parking lot. The noise from University Ave woke me up a couple of times. We never heard noise from the halls though. Better insulation?

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: TV didn't even provide local channels and I couldn't get the news until I searched for ABC News on the TV app. WI-FI password didn't work.

Liked: The room was big and clean, the free parking was convenient, not so far from downtown.Price is correct. Breakfast was simple but good.
Disliked: A bit noisy. My room was close to the elevator and I was able to hear the lift noise.
