Comfy beds, nice front office...

Liked: The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. She made check in a breeze. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Our bathroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned properly/sewage.

Also breakfast was absolutely amazing....

Liked: I have never walked into a hotel that smelled as good as the Holiday in Express in Berea. The staff was so friendly. They made a point to include my grandson in every conversation. We both will be back!!!
Disliked: Everything was excellent
