Liked: Was pretty near are work for that week. Location was close to restaurant.Iwork location
Disliked: Check in and check out what's very difficult, Do do the fact.That I had a confirmation for a king room and they put me in a twin room at first, So it was a couple of trips up and down with luggage. I was told they were sold out of king rooms but they had a cancellation and found us one after thirty minutes. What's made us late for our dinner reservation....Also check out.Was a kiosk, I.Find this very impersonal, And was not able to receive a paper receipt for my records. Over all customer service was very poor.

Liked: My husband contacted staff and they have not returned his call regarding the mold in the room. This was a terrible stay and I will attach photos. It was definitely a health hazard but by the time we noticed everything it was too late to try and find a new room with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. We love Benicia and this was just extremely disappointing with no resolve or compensation for the disgusting conditions. The staff while getting breakfast were extremely pleasant though. I did appreciate that.

Liked: Convenient, good parking garage
Disliked: On a busy street, rooms are older than the photos marketed, had to ask for a WiFi password, gave me ground floor room instead of asking my preference.

Liked: Free breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable sheets and bed.
Disliked: Stayed in room 103. Was able to hear staff talking at the reception desk at 5am.
