Great comfortable stay.

Liked: Free breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable sheets and bed.
Disliked: Stayed in room 103. Was able to hear staff talking at the reception desk at 5am.

Liked: It was right across the street from my sister. The neighbor is good and the mister was very nice. Only had trouble with the elevator going up from the garage.
Disliked: See above

Awesome, clean and friendly staff!

Liked: I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeping staff since they were my only personal encounters with staff. The housekeeper was so helpful with checking in and if I had questions.

Would stay at Best Western...

Liked: 1st day service was good. 2nd day service was poor. Ran out of coffee and nobody there monitoring the breakfast.
Disliked: 1st night there was a mechanical problem with what sounded like the heating system for the hallways. It was very loud and it would go on for 30 seconds and then off for 30 seconds the entire night all the way until the next morning. The 2nd night there was no mechanical sounding problems.There was no maid service and our room was not cleaned after the 1st night.

Liked: The Hotel was clean, our room was clean, warm and comfortable. The fresh cookies and lemonade at check in was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything

Disliked: I wish it had a Jacuzzi and a pool
