Disappointing

Liked: Easy check in. Helpful member of staff on check in desk. Facilities had everything required for the short stay.
Disliked: At approximately 8:30am on Sunday morning someone entered our room using a keycard before swiftly closing the door when realising it was occupied. This raises a security concern due to the fact we were asleep. No idea who this person was either, could have been another guest whose card has worked on the door or a cleaner. Then at 10am the fire alarm was sounded to add further disruption.
