Liked: The fact that you sent a survey for a hotel that was a homeless shelter and did not figure out we re-booked after we arrived to no hotel just demonstrates the lack of attention to detail.
Disliked: It was a homeless shelter for men.

Disliked: THERE IS NO PROPERTY HERE. THIS IS CURRENTLY A HOMELESS SHELTER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP ON RECEIVING A REFUND AND GOT NO HELP IN GETTING A NEW PROPERTY. LADY THAT ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL HAS NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT AND NO ONE ELSE IS IN OFFICE FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO.

this was awful. I was never told or notified until arriving at the property that it was no longer a hotel, it now serves

Disliked: I booked through booking.com and the hotel was closed. The manager was very nice and told us they tried notifying booking many times.

Liked: Darren (supervisor) was pleasant and indicated I would not be charged.
Disliked: This hotel is not currently available for reservations. It should be temporarily removed from Booking.com
