Disliked: My 4rth stay at this hotel. There is always something wrong with the room. Twice the phone was so noisy to be unusable. Once I could not retrieve messages on the room phone. This last time the window curtain had a long vertical tear and frayed edges. The worst thing, this last stay the room had bed bugs, I came home bitten all over my back, and contaminated my home bed. Very poor maintenance of the property. Never again Holiday Inn.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was very near my Daughter's house. Loved the location.
Disliked: The rug through out was old and stained.
