Liked: The location was good with alot of things close by and my sister lives about 10 minutes away but we were there for unfortunate reasons so it was a fast unexpected trip with little relaxing or down time so when we got back a little later a couple nights we were really hoping to relax in the pool and hot tub
Disliked: So that was 1 thing we really would've enjoyed understand u dont wannt it disturbing gjests late at night but it's totally surrounded by glss and appeared to have very few if any rooms right next to the pool and hottub area...and since there are no lifeguards at anytime anyway ithink it wouldve been great to sit and relax for awhile after getting back from long days of grieving and a few more vending machines would've been great! I was worried someone was gonna say something 1 night my room was ithe second floor i got back tothe hotel a little after midnight and i looked onmy floorthere was ice i believe and j think a laundry room which is nice for a longer stay but i saw a sign said vending 3rd and 5th floor so i walked up to the 3rd and couldn't find it there was no signs saying where it was that i saw so after wondering around 2 floors between 12 and 1 am i just went back to my room and we didnt have anything in there so a snack would've been great at that time..but it was a decent place seemed pretty clean there was a piece of trim in the bathroom that could use fixing and ahould only take 1maintenance worker a half hr of his time to repair and make look alot better cause im sure from the moisture the exposed drywall behind it could use a cleaning with some bleach but the limited interaction with staff we had was always friendly

I loved the hotel and...

Liked: The heated pool and the breakfast was delicious. The workers were friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Jacuzzi was cold and the lotion holder was broken in the bathroom.
