Holiday Inn Express Augusta Review

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to medical facility where surgery took place. Like having a breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Security gate around parking lot is nice.
Disliked: Elevators could have been cleaner, hallways needed vacuming, first room had musty smell, sticky and dirty looking floors, stained vanity, and a TV that didn't work. Changed to room next door. While TV was smart, did not allow for apps to be added and used. Stuck with regular broadcasting. 2nd room smelled cleaner and floors weren't sticky. Tub floor still stained. One of the bed pillows had a stain on it.

I slept like a baby!

Liked: Location is perfect. Lobby is beautiful and pool is always clean. Also there’s parking that can only be entered with a key card.
Disliked: Lobby is beautiful but small with no seating.
