Disliked: Asked to have parking validated after car being in car park for two nights. Was told it would be $118 by staff but only cost $95 at the parking lot machine. Lesson is to always check first.

Disliked: Booking. Com website says address is Albert St. Wrong ! It is actually Wyndham street in a difficult location to find. Taxi dropped us off in Albert st and we walked, pushing suitcases, searching up and back in Albert st looking for the hotel. No signage on Albert street directing us. We struggled to push suitcases up and down steep hillside. In Wyndham st, the Entrance door led to a stairway to a floor above where we then had to take a lift to another floor to get to reception. Very inconvenient especially for older people. Would not select this hotel again due to difficult location.

Liked: Staff were amazing, so accommodating. Really early flight so we arrived and were lucky enough to get an early check in.
Disliked: Only inconvenience was no cutlery (knives of any sort) or glasses to have a few drinks in our room but again the staff gave us some from the kitchen.
