Many mistakes and probably won’t...

Liked: Like the location of the property.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact when I arrived, 1) They didn’t have my reservation When I arrived, and I had to wait for them to verify with Booking.com, but I had a room booked and paid for. 2) When I originally booked my room, I booked it for two queen beds. Because they had to verify with booking.com my reservation I was asked did I want a different room? I stated I didn’t care I just wanted a room because I was tired, and I needed to change to attend an event. They they gave me a room, and when I arrived to the room, it was a one queen bed, and the door did not close properly. I’ve been went to the front desk and requested my original room which had two queen beds. I finally got the room I paid for. 3) I try to log onto the Internet with the user ID and password they provided. It didn’t work, I called, but the front desk was so busy. They couldn’t assist me. I had to go to the front desk and get assistance that way. Overall, this was not a good experience for me. Based upon this experience I highly doubt if I would be booking this hotel again or using Booking.com.

Liked: The room, the location, the fitness center in the facility, the pool, the staff was great and the Continental breakfast.
Disliked: The waiting time to get your $100 deposit back, think you should get that back immediately upon check out. It wasn't a waiting time for them to ii, so it shouldn't be a waiting time to get it back. The parking spots should be a little wider. Maybe add a little more variety to the breakfast menu.

Disliked: EV charger is constantly off and for some reason, after we turn off the light in the room. There is a light that keep flashing on the ceiling and that’s a little annoying.
