Liked: The breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I have traveled many times for business and I would rank this hotel among the top ones I have stayed in. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Disliked: I booked three rooms for my family, and my brother and nephew arrived before me and I was quite shocked that they gave them the keys to our room since none of their names and or addresses are the same-This is very disconcerting for people that are trying to run away from abusive situations which I wasn’t but basically they gave two random strangers the keys to my room
