not the best of experiences.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Room clean.
Disliked: No IHG point for stay because I.booked t through 3rd party. Another family walking into my room when I was going to bed saying this was their room. I wouldn't let them in as I had been in the room for hours. Front desk came up and demanded my name for being in the room he assigned me. Later on I found my pass card wouldn't work as other cards were programmed to my room. Overall not a pleasant situation.

Liked: I was over charged and I have yet to get my refund off $100 this is a great inconvenience to me please resolve issues Thank you
Disliked: I asked to extend this day in the front desk told me yes no problem come back at 12:00 I came back at 12:00 and he just said no I'm not extending his face and since I had to do something wrong I felt discriminated again I felt like there was a unknown issue that he didn't want to discuss with me and on top of that head overcharged me and never gave the deposit back as of today I need this issue resolved I need my $100 deposit back or I will take it up with my bank to reverse all charges
