Liked: Staff on reception were incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable, good first impression. Room was very comfortable, plenty of room for the family and beds were great. Good value for money. Good location as we could walk to centre of Arras in 10 minutes. Good value for money with breakfast included.
Disliked: Car park was hard to find due to a road closure. Initially was directed by sat nav to a car park at the rear of the hotel which doesn't create a great first impression.
