Comfortabel stay.

Liked: Quiet room, spacious, friendly staff.
Disliked: Cleaning was missing details: used items and marks from previous guests were clearly visible..

Perfect breakfast, enjoyable stay

Liked: The breakfast was amazing. Really good coffee and food. I love it. The location is perfect, it is in the centre of the town and the supermarket Albert Heijn is located 1min away on foot

Problem with room heating

Liked: Location of the hotel is great and breakfast is also solid.
Disliked: This was my 5th time at this hotel, but unfortunately this time my colleagues and I had a problem with the room temperature because something was wrong with the heating. We tried to speak to reception and were told that the heating would be fixed, but it was not.So we slept in a cold room. Big disappointment. This hotel was always my first choice when I come to Arnhem.

Only location, but not worth...

Liked: Only location is good. Next time another place.
Disliked: Cold room, not ready at 3 pm, poor breakfast, extremely expensive parking.
