Awesome and very clean hotel...

Liked: The bathroom was good and large and very good at the pressure of the water and good space, the space in the room, the black curtains to block out the light, the bed was ok, the free ice cubes, the best staff, electrictiy was good for plenty outlets, very comfortable chair, plenty of towels, nice with 2 free drinks incase i didnt want cleaning the 3 days i stayed.
Disliked: drinks was a bit expensive, could not air out probably sinse the hotel big window was locked but it was ok with the air that came into the room from the window, a smalll tv but alot of channels. some noice from nabours but thats not the hotels fault.

Excellent stay of one day...

Liked: Breakfast was good enough with varieties kind of bread, different fruit juice, boiled egg, scrambled egg, coffee, tea etc. Room was very clean and tidy. Specially I like the floor carpet which is very comfortable for the winter time. Air conditioning of the room was very nice. Location wise it is ideally just 5 min walk from the central station and two Indian restaurant was just 50 meter distance from the hotel. Apart from other restaurants and bars were also very close to the hotel.
Disliked: No answer. Everything was fine and excellent.

The hotel meets expectations, location...

Liked: The location, convenience and "traditional" feeling of the hotel
Disliked: The facilities are starting to show its age, some areas are restored, others remain unchanged from the "2009" design.

As expected for location and...

Liked: everything about the hotel was great. very central location, easy walk to lots of bars restaurants and close to the Arnhem Bridge museum on the river.
Disliked: Only tiny downside was that the scrambled eggs were stone cold but I'm guessing that's not normal. the rest of breakfast we great

Friendly and pleasant stay in...

Liked: All staff very friendly and attentive
Disliked: Check-in was a.bit slow due to a.concert near by and everyone appeared to be checking in at.the same time, staff did apologise for delay

Liked: Property was clean and ideally located with a short walk to main shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.The staff were fantastic especially the afternoon and evening shift
