My Hotel Stay

Liked: The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean and updated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, just wish the pancake machine had been working.
Disliked: The tub's drainage was extreme slow when taking a shower.

Liked: I liked the convenience of the location. I liked that there was a pool and gym. I loved how comfortable the bed was. The lighting in the bathroom was great. Dane was great, the employee up front. Very personable and kind.
Disliked: I don’t think they deep clean the rooms. There was candy on the floor by the bed. There was a stink bud that wouldn’t leave the room. The gym only had a treadmill, bike and an elliptical. Not much of a gym, nothing for arms and no room to stretch. The breakfast was gross, pancake machine wasn’t workin. My milk was expired, good thing I realized before I drank it… the cereal was stale…

It was just okay, but...

Liked: It was a clean decent hotel. Very basic. 3 stars at best.
Disliked: The beds were so uncomfortable & the pillows were even worse. No support whatsoever. I may as well just have slept without one. Very thin walls. Night staff not very friendly/welcoming.

Disliked: They did not clean or restock the room with new towels & trash bag during our stay

Exceptional

The perfect overnight stay for...

Liked: Cherry, the hotel manager was very accommodating. She made sure that we had ample breakfast and additional time earlier to partake in it. Our conference started at 8 and we were leaving by 7:45, she opened her breakfast bar earlier and accommodated my 20 staff members! The breakfast bar met all of the different dietary preferences as well.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer and enjoy the soft bed without my children! Our staff all had an amazing time.
