I didn’t stay. Horrible management...

Disliked: False advertisement. (Swimming pool is advertised as available).When I cancelled the stay due to the swimming pool not available, they don’t refund the money. I need the money back.

Hotel staff very nice, but...

Liked: Close to restaurants
Disliked: Chain on window shade was broke.. Price was too high!! Had called on 9/30 to make sure I had a room on first floor close to lobby because I recently started using a walker. They said they would!!! When I got there on 10/18 they had me on 4th floor…. Was told there were no suites on first floor…. Had them downgrade me to a first floor easy-accessible room they had left but weren’t able to lower the price…. WHY????
