Disliked: We were called by the holiday Inn that the elevators were broken and would I like to cancel. I have a bad knee and couldn’t make the stairs. Thats why IWould like my refund.

Liked: The breakfast was yummy. The staff was nice. The location was convenient.
Disliked: The first room I got had a bad odor. The second room has stained sheets.

Liked: the location was great for me, however..
Disliked: Trying to sleep with someone beating on a hallway door is difficult. Sleeping through kids running and adults running through the hallways is horrible. upon my exit do you think the clerk asked me how my stay was? No she didn't care. We placed a do not disturb sigh on our door thinking house keeping wouldn't disturb us. Too late for them the people and kids running through the hallway already had. Nevertheless, they didn't know that so why would they stand in the center of the hallway talking as loud to each other as humanly possible? I do not know but this is what occurred.
