Liked: Clean, nicely decorated room. Good location. Pretty quiet.
Disliked: Reception was basic, utilitarian - not warm, welcoming.Breakfast looked nice but since there were no gluten free or dairy free options, I had to go eat elsewhere. Adding a couple of alternatives would have helped, ie: eggs without cheese (only premade omelets were offered), gluten free bread, nut milk (for cereal and coffee).

Liked: location is excellent near many restaurants and convenient to I-40. breakfast was very good. check-out was easy; just leave your keycards in the room in the little booklet. the bed was comfortable. the room layout was excellent with plenty of space for two luggage on the built-in rack. we didn't check the pool, but it's indoor. wifi was fast and reliable; i had no issues working and streaming all day. ample free parking.
Disliked: walls somewhat thin and can hear people walking down the hallways.

Disliked: Lady who check us in, afternoon shift had attidude due to few questions and adding ihg meber number for my stay... completle unreasonable. Definitel not person for lobby.
