Liked: Property and location was decent. Ms. Robin was a true sweetheart. She did her very best to accommodate and address any concerns and issues I had. She was so pleasant and always kept a smile on her face. Her customer service was amazing!
Disliked: They need to honor early check-in. I am a member and have been for over 18 years. I always request early check-in way in advance. The rooms could have been cleaned better. The pillows were too soft which made sleeping difficult.

Liked: One of the best breakfasts we have had on any trip. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold!
Disliked: No partying allowed in rooms or poolside.

Liked: All was great except elevator was broken and only elevator was being used by cleaning staff. Very difficult for customers to check out.
Disliked: Elevator was out. Only one elevator for many customers and cleaning staff was using elevator that worked.
