From the time we arrived,...
Liked: Great location in west OC. Pool, gym and breakfast was easy to locate.
Disliked: Room was a little tight for 4 people. (2 adults & 2 elementary age children)

Disappointing even at an off...
Liked: Location was good for my needs
Disliked: Mold in the shower, shower curtain rod falling down, shower control handle coming loose. Desk clerk would rather be somewhere else. Poor quality breakfast choices.

Great and excited to have...
Liked: The pool was quite nice. A wonderful display of what the bay has to offer for the window of my own private room!
Disliked: Was able to meet with my family outside the room clean without any worry’s or concerns. Also I must add was able to catch up on sleep and somehow missing exercise!

NIGHTMARE and TERRIBLE!
Liked: Location and lobby was ok.
Disliked: Room was terrible and deplorable. Mold in bathroom ceiling, black and dirty around tub. Kitchenette sink had grime on it and seems like it hadn’t been clean in a while. Was scared of touching anything in this place. The mold is a health hazard and this place should be shut down. I couldn’t stay in this filthy place and had to book another hotel. Mark promised to refund me and 6 months later he’s yet to do so. When you call, they send you to voicemail. I’ve left numerous messages, spoke to him once and he said that he’ll do it but nothing. These are the games they play. Beware…Do Not Book this place!
