Liked: The pillows were large! The location is right next to the highway and close to many shopping stores and restaurants. I didn’t grab breakfast but could smell it in my room. I didn’t grab a cookie or free water, but I saw it provided for guests in the entry. I didn’t swim, because there was a closed sign… but it looked like that would have been nice. There is a pond and water fountain close by that was nice. The road into the parking lot was new, and had easy access from both sides. The feature I liked the most in the room, before big bed & large pillows was the amount of storage! Closet and counters across an entire wall. That made unpacking and packing so easy.
Disliked: I was sad the pool was closed. For the most part it was a good nights rest. My room was on 1st floor close to the lobby. I woke up smelling food… either I was too close to the breakfast area or my neighbors cooked in the microwave. I was able to go back to sleep. I stayed until the 11am checkout time. I did get the much needed rest… my trip was due to a stressful family matter. So my goal to sleep was achieved!

Disliked: The bathroom floor was very dirty. Carpet was stained. Room was tired looking.

Somewhat disappointed

Disliked: I was given a room that was occupied by another person. Then I was given new room and the keys did not work. The cable tv was out and the ice machine was broken. I did NOT receive any room discount for all the troubles and unavailable services.
