Liked: Location was great. easy walk to BOK and other venues. Hotel breakfast was okay, but got put up a little early for us.

Liked: Easy booking would be nice if parking was more labeled and pool door key card lock was broken, as well as parking garage. No extra sheets or bedding for pull out sofa, called front desk waited on housekeeping ending up going to front desk. Front desk was very helpful and kind both day and night shift being so close to rode was issue due to traffic noise. Breakfast was decent

Nice hotel for downtown

Liked: Nice location - very central and easy to walk to many restaurants. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Nice that there was an indoor pool. Gym is by the pool and looked decent. No issue with the hotel itself or staff.
Disliked: Booked thru booking.com and hotel price was higher than price booked. Appears extra taxes were added and then taxed again for parking. Very frustrating. Didn't like that parking isn't included. The parking garage that the hotel uses is $10/day yet the hotel charges $19/day. Didn't know that until you already have paid the hotel and on your way to park. Parking definitely should be cheaper if you're staying at the hotel.Breakfast is from 6a-9a. Who wakes up by 9a on a Saturday when you're traveling with kids?!

Perfect Location for Downtown Tulsa....

Liked: I enjoyed the location. Was able to walk or uber to places in downtown Tulsa. Liked I was able to walk or Uber anyplace i wanted to go after I arrived. Staff and check in was super fast.
Disliked: The parking garage is a little inconvenient to get to from the property. And the cost to park seemed a little high especially if staying more than one night.
