Perfect Location for Downtown Tulsa....

Liked: I enjoyed the location. Was able to walk or uber to places in downtown Tulsa. Liked I was able to walk or Uber anyplace i wanted to go after I arrived. Staff and check in was super fast.
Disliked: The parking garage is a little inconvenient to get to from the property. And the cost to park seemed a little high especially if staying more than one night.

Liked: I like the location of the hotel the room and everything was great the breakfast was ok but a good selection just the eggs tasted a little the texture was off. Everything else was good.
Disliked: I didn’t like the remainder the entire time we were there we couldn’t use the shuttle because it was never available and you guys never had drivers available. Anytime we wanted it and apparently your hotel. I don’t know what happened but we got there and we were staying. It was like a Friday to Sunday and your hotel staff told us we were only there for the one night instead of two which was not true because we booked through the third-party and I even checked the reservations and it was correct and they said to call where we booked from I did and on their end it was completely fine so I really don’t understand what happened but it was fine cause we got it all sorted out but the thing that the staff told us even if it wasn’t sorted out, they told us they were all booked up anyway, and there was nothing they could do if we couldn’t get it worked out through where we booked which made my friend have anxiety like we would have sto find something else last mintue
