Very disappointed. I am use...

Liked: Lobby looked decent. Staff at desk seemed friendly.
Disliked: The room smelled of smoke, the carpet was disgusting, had stains all over. When taking a shower the water would not drain in tub. The landline phone did not work.

I expected more from Holiday...

Liked: Temp controls worked well. The bed was comfortable. Quiet.
Disliked: Shower stall had mold in the creases, lighting was week.

I wouldn't recommend anyone staying...

Liked: The location
Disliked: For the price, the carpet was nasty dirty, and I asked to be put in a different room, and the carpets were as bad. For a Hoilday Inn , I was disappointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

It was relaxing and refreshing.

Liked: The quality of the beds and the pool.
Disliked: I feel like there should be a little more in room accommodation like eating utensils and cups.

Disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool was dirty. There was ductape covering the key entry into the pool area with door being cracked open.. Pumps were not on. No signs on the door saying pool was closed. Bottom of pool was grimy. The toilet in our bathroom was dirty. The bathtub filled with water while taking a shower and would cover ankles. We stay at multiple holiday inn express for travel ball and business and have never seen something like this before.
