Liked: Continental breakfast was very good. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in great condition. Friendly staff provided good information for destination and food.
Disliked: Signage on the road before the turn into the parking lot would be helpful.

Great stay at Holiday Inn...

Liked: The breakfast was yummy, the bed was comfy and rules of 10pm-8am were followed, other guests were friendly and excited, location was not far from Guildford Mall and restaurants. It was also very clean and tidy.
Disliked: N/A

Not a great stay for...

Liked: Breakfast was good - several options available.
Disliked: There were lots of bugs. Huge spider in my room and bugs in the halls and elevator. The beds were uncomfortable. No wine glasses or even glasses in room. Only plastic. Asked for a glass at the front desk and they only had small champagne glass.

Exceptional

Standard hotel.

Liked: The hotel is well cared for and easy to find. The desk staff were quite friendly and I was amused by the sign in the elevator about the harmless nature of stinkbugs which must occasionally wander in from the park next door.
Disliked: Breakfast was kind of meh but most 'breakfast included" hotel breakfasts are.
