Disliked: Lifts weren’t working properly. At one time both lifts were not operating.

Liked: We really loved our stay, the hotel was easy, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The cleanest hotel with attention to every detail. Walking distance to everything, beaches, Sunshine Plaza, restaurants perfect location.The staff were all so friendly, Abel was very professional and most helpful. We are planning our next holiday.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing, Always short on glassware, hot food, coffee machine broke twice while we were staying. Must be so annoying for the staff who were flat out and honestly they were all wonderful given that they were overloaded daily and could of easily had 3 more staff to help with efficiency .

Liked: Lovely hotel. Modern and comfortable.Rooms are slightly small if staying as a family but manageable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great that breakfast is included. Location is more 'city based' will be lovely once surrounding works is completed.
Disliked: Car parking - car park was full. Had to park in multi-storey next door. This was fine but if you need to enter and leave you end up paying more than the maximum daily charge and this soon mounted up over our stay. Breakfast- very busy, staff were all working hard however items took a while to be replenished. E.g would bring 1 food and then would have to wait for the other hot food to be replenished or there'd be no bowls, cutlery. Shower screen. Fine for our stay but may not offer sufficient privacy for some.
