Overall a nice clean stay....

Disliked: Pool was half under construction. It should never be allowed to look like this during guests visits. Warm water is a plus though! Not enough towels provided in the room at the beginning of stay. 4 guests 2 bath towels.

Liked: If the gym was larger with cleaning supplies and more activities it would have been a better experience.

Liked: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, indoor pool. Great place to stay with a family.
Disliked: Breakfast could've been better. Was excited they had hot food but wasn't the greatest. But they had lots of choices and it was included with stay.Also please bring back the hot tub for the adults!

We love finding holiday inn...

Liked: The room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable for everyone to spread out after being crammed in the car. They had a nice spread for breakfast, very friendly staff! I had left my purse in the room while we were packing up to leave and one of the room service personnel ran out to my car to give it to me before we left! He was so sweet and amazing!!!
Disliked: The pool area was a disaster, there was some kind of work being done next to the pool with temporary railings up, the pool light and electrical cord were pulled out and laying in the edge of the pool still connected which made us nervous. There were several bandaids stuck to the edge of the pool and ants. There was a balled up trash bag left on the floor in the corner. The bathroom near the pool was filthy and disgusting. The toilet appeared to be clogged, the floor was nasty, toilet paper and tissues all over the floor. And while we were trying to swim and relax as guests of the hotel, a woman was holding swim classes on a Sunday night, which was awkward. It would have been nice to know the schedule of those “swim classes” so we could better plan our time at the pool.

Liked: Great service! The staff were pleasant, professional, kind, caring and understanding. Asma, the breakfast lady was so great, accommodating and very helpful to my family. She’s awesome. The room was clean as well as the hotel. There’s lots of parking and there was no fee for that. The evening lady receptionist could have been more nicer but overall experience was great.
Disliked: Pool closed too early
