My stay wasn’t a pleasant...
Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: I moved to 3 different rooms and none were up to par. The sofa was full of stains as well as the carpet. The sink area in the restroom had stains. There were no cups in the bar area and the towels had stains. I took pics and was told that the hotel is under new management and renovations. I was only offered IHG member points for the inconvenience of my stay. I live here in Houston so there’s never a need to stay at a hotel sometimes I just need a different scenery outside of home. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and the stay has been pleasant until recently. The hotel has gone down. I hope that in the future customers will have a better stay and experience.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Not...
Liked: Very clean facility. The bed was a perfect firmness for me. Great AC controlled by a wall thermostat.
