Liked: I loved the location and it was very clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice.
Disliked: The beds were hard but that’s a personal preference.

Disliked: Pulled cover off bed and there was hair everywhere…clearly didn’t change sheets and carpet had stuff all over it completely disgusting…asked for new sheets and had to change our own beds …couch was so damaged could barley sit on it ..paid for one with pull out bed in couch but could t use it had to put cushions on floor and put sheets on it to sleep on …not sure why holiday inn would put up with this especially paying 231.00 for a room

Liked: Close to hockey rink. Good location, lots of things to do and places to visit
Disliked: I could hear the people in the room next to me.
