Liked: We had a glitch in our travel schedule and ended up arriving early. Angela greeted us and was able to get us in our room earlier than we expected, which we really appreciated. Enjoyed breakfast. Room and beds were great.

Liked: It was dirty! Both my wife and me came home with Covid. Why do surveys if nothing is done about them? Also, the elevator was broken.

Liked: Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Cons:The toilet didn’t flush had to lift the lid, and use a bag to flush. There was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed or a remote for the tv in the sitting area. Had to go to front office and they only had sheets for beds but no pillows or blankets. The elevators were scary saw an elderly lady get hit by the elevator doors because they closed very harshly. Stay was comfortable but the facility could use many updates.

Liked: I liked everything about it, except there was no widow view besides a brick wall. Also, the elevators were down, but luckily, I was on the 2nd floor. The room itself was great, very clean and spacious.

Liked: I liked that the breakfast was provided and the staff was nice
Disliked: The property is older. Only 1 elevator was working, which was kind of scary riding in due to the number of noises it would make.There was no hot water in the room, which made showering unenjoyable.
