Liked: The staff was very friendly. We were greeted by Stacy and even though she had worked overtime, she was very friendly. The breakfast was tasteful and fresh every morning.
Disliked: not applicable

Liked: The property itself was nice and accommodating. The staff however needs some work. Upon arrival we waited at the desk to be checked in the lady was in the back eating and comes out with a mouth full of food then tells me my drivers license looks nothing like me in person and laughs. Wasn’t sure to take it as a compliment or get offended. She works in customer service she should know how to read her customers and decipher what’s appropriate and what’s not.

Disliked: Outdoor fireplace didn't work. The staff didn't even know first thing about it. It is a nice outdoor feature, but if you don't maintain it, why have it?
