Disliked: Only one entry door worked floors were slippery from the rain and not being maintained

Overall very pleasant with outstanding...

Liked: Very clean and updated features
Disliked: Fridge wasn’t working, reported to front desk several times until I had to just go down stairs and wait at the lobby as nothing was being done.

Liked: Nice staff and the gentleman that worked the breakfast area in the morning was the .most polite helpful individual we have ever met
Disliked: Na

Liked: Nice place, convenient to the airport. Huge room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: Airport shuttle didn't run when we needed it.

Disliked: Construction next door. Pool closed. Breakfast missing some items. Toaster broken. The plumbing in my room runs nonstop. Tv really small and even blurry. I won’t stay again

Disliked: The locks on the main door and the bathroom door did not work properly.

A Hit and a Very...

Liked: Location was nice. Next door to a great restaurant. Easy on and off to I-5. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor, first room on the right #101. Room was nice but at 5 am we woke up to loud banging, people talking loudly, doors opening and closing. All on the other side of our headboard. Turns out we were next to the kitchen and they were prepping the morning food for guests. A rude awakening for sure. Talked to the front desk and they apologized and said they would address this with the manager. Also in the room above us there was some very loud jumping and walking. Called the front desk and they made a call to calm things down. It did. At the least they should tell the guests about that room next to the kitchen. Should have better soundproofing in the walls.

Disliked: I was told the wrong information on breakfast times at check in and missed breakfast by 12 minutes and was refused even a muffin.Housekeeper was rude.My card was charged 2 times for the same amount and I had to contact the hotel to fix it.
