Liked: this was a really nice hotel. big room. it was clean the beds were really comfortable i didn't hear any noise from other guests. the staff was really nice. highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: the only thing i had an issue was there wasn't any coffee at breakfast and he was out of food but it wasn't his fault a huge group were in there at 6:45 and he couldn't keep up by himself. he was very nice and trying very hard.

Liked: Cockroaches in room, refrigerator did not work, as well as hot tub. Not a good value for my money. Got to best western ne t door

Liked: Breakfast was well kept the staff that took care of the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: I took a night off from work because I wanted and needed so much at Jacuzzi I called they said they had a jacuzzi I get there go to the jacuzzi and it was like bath water and the Jets did not work.

Liked: The brown haired guy at breakfast was so accommodating and friendly. He did an awesome job. BUT - The property is pretty run down. There are serious security issues. There is a door that doesn’t lock and people not staying at the hotel have access to come into the hotel. I would never return. A stranger followed a child into a guest room and an incident occurred involving pulling the fire alarm.
Disliked: It needs some major update and TLC. Bathroom fans don’t work the room and bathroom had a bad odor and without being able to open the window there was no way to get rid of it. No blanket or pillows for pull out sofa and we were provided with 3 towels for our family of 6.
