Liked: This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable the rooms were also very clean. And the breakfast was awesome. The staff was fantastic.
Disliked: No negative comments about the property.

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice large pillows. The bathroom was fantastic. large shower. Good water pressure. I liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. The soap was nice. I loved the dispensers. The sink and lighting and nightlight were great. Layout of entire room and bathroom was great. I liked the shade on the window. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in

Liked: I am very happy to say that after several years if staying only here in Punta Gorda it was completely great. In multiple surveys I had concerns about the furniture and no umbrella at the pool. Families unable to use it because of the heat and no cover from the sun. This trip was great. The pool had new furniture and even though there was only one, the umbrella was a godsend. My husband was able to sit out with me. We did see other older fold enjoying the day out under the umbrella. Thank you!
