Great staff; room next door was really loud but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Liked: The staff is awesome. The hotel is very clean, the area around the hotel property. I know you don't control, it's not like you can go out and take a walk, my shower handle broke so I had to switch rooms but they handled it very well.

Stellar stay in downtown

Liked: We went to Phoenix for a wedding and this hotel was located close to where we needed to be. It was new looking, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was awesome, the rooms are big and set up well. The toiletries were high quality. You really need nothing. There was tons of parking. The only downside is, it's not very walkable due to a large population of homeless people living across the street, which obviously is outside the hotel's control. The property still felt safe, and I never saw anyone near the hotel or in the parking area.

Disliked: We called to say we would be checking in late due to traffic. Hotel then called us back an hour later to tell us they oversold the hotel for the night and did not have a room for us. They were no help in finding a different hotel other than to suggest the Sheraton that was double the price. Very upsetting when we had a confirmed reservation.

Rooms are pretty spacious beds...

Liked: I liked the room that we stayed in very nice clean and spacious and staff was very nice. Plus it was nice location wise to be close to places to eat.
Disliked: Don’t have any complaints here really.
