Liked: The staff was so helpful. The facility itself was clean and nicely done. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable. When I am in Ottumwa it will be the only place I stay.

Liked: Location, breakfast, staff.
Disliked: Mini fridge didn't work, had to throw out our food. Couldn't plug our phones in due to the UBS ports all broken. The kids got to use the pool for exactly three minutes before it was closed for not passing the safety tests chemically. The door was crooked and it made the noise louder in the hallway because you had a one inch gap. Also made the flip over lock hard to latch . It definitely wasn't worth $166 per night. I'm glad I was there only one night.
