Pleased with stay

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast options were great! Enjoyed the alternative options. (turkey or pork sausage)
Disliked: The property itself is a little worn down. Although, they had everything to meet my needs some updates would make this place a 5star. Gym equipment lacking and rooms have cosmetic damages that are noticeable.

Liked: Location was great for what I was doing. Room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a spa suite on level three. Made a great office and bedroom. Plenty of room.
Disliked: Walls could be thicker, more sound insulated from neighbors.

Convenient location to use.

Liked: Location was good, also enjoyed the 2 eateries very close by. Easy access to main Road. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Pancake machine made doughy pancakes, needs to be cooked more. Tried 2 days and no improvement. Would have liked more table space in room. there was empty space for this. The USB outlets on all the lamp/USB ports Did Not Work. We had to find wall outlets for charging, which there were not enough for 2 people. Also, the toilet is too low to the floor. Quite an effort to use.

Liked: Good and practical location. Big comfortable and clean room. The whole staff was really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the hotel manager who helped me for a paperwork problem I had!
