Poor value overall; very disappointing.

Liked: Location; staff was prompt and courteous; Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Water pressure was low and drains were slow. The overwhelming petrochemical smell, arguably mostly outside of the hotel’s control, was headache inducing. Intolerable. Extra fee applied for parking without any advance notice? Seriously?

Bad

Liked: They had rooms on booking.com and when I booked and paid for the room they told me they were booked up and now booking.com nor the hotel will refund my money
Disliked: They lie about rooms available and when you book rooms you can't get money back cause they don't have rooms

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: They have charged me for 2 extra nights stay that I didn't stay and they are hard to deal with. They didn't even offer me anything for compensation for THEIR mistake. They didn't check me out correctly so the computer kept charging me. I still haven't got my money back yet... we will see what happens.

Superb

Liked: We stayed one night here. The hotel is just off the interstate and very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are restaurants near by, though not a wide choice. The staff are polite and helpful.
