Liked: The staff at this location were extremely friendly and welcoming! They not only were polite to me but they also talked to my 10 year old son which made him feel included.

Disliked: We had an early departure but staff could not access a bagel for our breakfast.

Liked: The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. We had a big group and the woman checking us in was patient and friendly. She knew her job well. The bag with water and chips in it was such a nice touch! The gentleman who picked us up from the airport who drove for the hotel was the best. Super friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and willing to drive us to get food. He went above and beyond for our group. I wish I would have gotten his name. We had the best experience at this hotel and highly recommend!

Liked: Easy pick up to/from airport with shuttle, young man was kind and helpful. Shannon at front desk was great!!! She greeted us when we came in and made check in and check out a breeze. They have several areas where you can sit and chill, watch TV, charge your electronics and the complimentary breakfast had lots of choices from cereal and yogurt to a pancake machine and biscuits and gravy. Price was right and we would stay again.

Fairly decent for a last...

Liked: Room was a nice size and reasonably clean. There was a bit of grime in the tub but fairly okay in the cleanliness aspect. Staff was super friendly and respectful.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better as well as encountered some issues with air conditioning. Frequently woke up in sweat because the air conditioning was malfunctioning
