Perfect stay for family and...
Liked: The employees were all so very nice and polite. The King suite was excellent size for our family of 4 plus our dog.

Highly recommend !!!
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, clean on the inside and outside. It is as pictured. Easy check in and check out.
Disliked: There is no late check out option. The walls are thin so it got noisy during certain parts of the day as opposed to other hotels I have stayed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service and Hospitality
Liked: We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at New Orleans Airport South after a flight cancellation caused by the DC snowstorm. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a seamless and even comforting one, thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. The manager went above and beyond by arranging for a shuttle to pick us up from the car rental facility. To top it off, they allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver after being stranded at the airport for hours. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and recharge.We can’t say enough good things about this property. If you’re in need of a place to stay near MSY, don’t hesitate—this is the place to be.
