Disliked: Staff knocks on doors and open doors early in morning. As early as 8:30 on weekends. I called front desk and was advised they were trying to work and my sleeping did not matter

Liked: It had a good location right off the freeway. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Had several pieces of food on the carpet along with other trash.

Liked: This was a great hotel for our trip, very, very clean and the entire staff was awesome! I would not only stay at the hotel again (and again) but also recommend it!
Disliked: Not a thing!

Liked: The woman at the night desk was very nice and efficient. When I had to request another room because the bed had not been changed, she moved me right away.
Disliked: The first room I was given had a used tissue and hair on the sheets under the bedspread. The staff moved me to another room immediately. But it was disappointing to have that happen at this hotel. Which is my go-to brand.
