Unpleasant and unacceptable .

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: The front desk gave a key to our room to another guest when they checked in. This resulted in a stranger attempting to come into my room while I was going to sleep around 850pm. They gave the guest a key to our room the only this from stopping them was me yelling and pushing the door back closed. The staff blamed everyone but themselves. Very disappointed.

Liked: Great location - right beside the turnpike. Extremely easy to get off and on the highway. Great breakfast. Lots of breakfast variety, including fruit.
Disliked: The bathtub wasn't as clean as it could have been, with only one facecloth in the bathroom. One of two toilet paper rolls was missing.

Liked: We loved the variety of food at breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Judy was over and beyond accommodating and very friendly.
Disliked: Our dresser drawer on the bottom wouldn't shut all the way...needed to be adjusted. So anytime I used the middle drawer, the bottom drawer would pull out too. We also had some trouble using our key card in the door. Sometimes it would work and other times we would have to try to get in 5 or 6 times.

Liked: The staff were amazing! I've never been around hotel staff that were so kind and nice. The room was really good. The bed was just the right amt of firmness and the linens were warm without being heavy. Everything was very clean. The heating unit operated perfectly and it wasn't too noisy.
Disliked: The bathtub didn't drain well. Also, I really wished for a convenient place to get water to drink; it was all the way down in the fitness room? It would be better if there was a filtered water dispenser on every floor, next to the ice machine. Also i wished for a small microwave in my room.

Liked: Hot breakfast available. Linens seemed clean. Coffee machine in the room and cold refrigerator.
Disliked: Property could use some rejuvenation. Door handle didn't seem secure from the outside. Hallway noises were audible. No blackout curtains so you'll get either parking lot lights or street lights in your room at night. Towels stunk like cigarettes, small outdated TV, worn down office chair. Bed was extremely firm. Be aware that the parking lot is small, I noticed many cars had to park on the side or in the overflow, if you arrive late during the busy season you probably won't get a close parking spot.
