Comfort, Cleanliness, and Quality!

Liked: The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful - we arrived late, were weary from the long drive (and horrible traffic earlier that day), and just ready to crash, but his easy-going personality made us feel "at home" and chat a little bit (and I'm not one for "small talk"). He knew our special needs (my husband is quadriplegic) and saw that a closer handicap room was available, and went to check/inspect it to make sure it was clean and ready for use. .The complimentary breakfast was yummy! Great assortment, and love the fact that they offered healthier versions such as egg white omelets AND turkey sausages (we don't eat pork)!!!! .The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was very spacious for hubby's wheelchair and shower chair to maneuver easily; well-appointed (Dove hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!!!!) and clean (I'm a clean freak), and the bed was superrrrrrrrr comfortable!!!! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're in the area again.... and will definitely be staying at Holiday Inns whenever we travel now!
Disliked: Not really a "dislike", but just an FYI re. the handicap bathroom. The chrome hand-held shower head was heavy for my husband to hold.
