Liked: We were in town for a concert at Breese Stevens Field and the hotel shuttle took us there and back, which made for less hassle with parking etc. Plus the shuttle is free and will go within a 3 mile radius. We were able to go downtown to Capital Square and wander around without the hassle of parking.

From the friendly greeting to lightning fast check in they were on their A-game. The room was quiet and spotless, also very chic for a mid priced hotel. All the amenities from the flat screen, fridge and weight room were sparkling clean and new. Thanks for a great stay!

Disliked: When I checked in I ask the Customer Service person to please be sure the credit card I was checking in with had all charges for the room on it and that did not happen. I now have to call the Hotel to make sure the charges get updated.

Absolutely Great!

Liked: This was a great stay - room was updated, modern and perfectly clean, they allowed us to check in earlier at no charge, easy access to gym, pool, laundry facilities and breakfast/parking included. I am gluten free and they had no issue getting me some gluten free food in the morning! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel exceeded expectations and...

Liked: We were in town for the Penn State-Wisconsin game so we didn't have high needs or expectations, but I was impressed and surprised by the overall experience. Starting at check-in and throughout our stay, the front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional. The hotel is attractive and the lobby is spacious. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. I even liked the bath products. Breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and plentiful. All in all, the staff seemed to care about the guests and their experience. I have been a loyal HiltonHonors member, but am thinking about switching to IHG based on this experience.

Perfect place for convention stays.

Liked: The shuttle service was way beyond our expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The 24 hour free play area for after convention hall hours was excellent and we had a great time even hanging out in the lobby. The breakfast was quite good for an included.
Disliked: The only thing we missed was no place to hang up clothes only drawers but it wasn't too big a deal.
