Liked: We were in town for a concert at Breese Stevens Field and the hotel shuttle took us there and back, which made for less hassle with parking etc. Plus the shuttle is free and will go within a 3 mile radius. We were able to go downtown to Capital Square and wander around without the hassle of parking.

From the friendly greeting to lightning fast check in they were on their A-game. The room was quiet and spotless, also very chic for a mid priced hotel. All the amenities from the flat screen, fridge and weight room were sparkling clean and new. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent place to stay when...

Liked: The entire staff was so helpful and friendly! You can tell they really care about doing a great job!! The property is modern, clean and well-kept. The location is right next to downtown Madison, which is ideal. The parking is free and on the hotel grounds. And the free breakfast was wonderful!! An excellent value!!
Disliked: Nothing!!

Disliked: When I checked in I ask the Customer Service person to please be sure the credit card I was checking in with had all charges for the room on it and that did not happen. I now have to call the Hotel to make sure the charges get updated.
