Every thing was good besides...

Liked: Clean, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The Sauna wasn’t working and pool was freezing cold! My kids didn’t get to enjoy it like we usually do.

We will never stay at...

Liked: Lobby was nice and clean
Disliked: There was water damage on our floor and in our room. Drawers were messed up. The pullout couch’s mattress was terrible. They did not have sheets or pillows for it. College student staff working front desk did not answer phone or help. Beds were not comfortable at all. My family and I got in about 8 PM and left at 2 AM because we couldn’t rest.
