Liked: The night clerk was very helpful in switching the wall unit from cooling air to heat. The location and condition of the hotel offers a quiet place for a quick overnight stay if on a long trip.
Disliked: The room was very spartan furnished. Large empty space near window. They must be on a very tight operating budget.Due to the fact that the elevator was not working, there were not many people staying here this day. So they shut down the breakfast bar early? There is nothing within a safe walking distance of the hotel.

Does not meet expectations

Liked: How close it was to the university of Letu, this was the only thing that worked out this time.
Disliked: This is our second time staying at this hotel, our first time was really nice but there were many things to wish for come this time. Upon arrival, the first room we were given had a broken tv, after leaving the room and having that fixed we came back and while getting ready to go out we noticed moving dots around the sink. We then noticed these were ladybugs. There was an infestation of ladybugs around the room in the bathroom, lamps, beds and floors where you couldn’t see them. We were then moved to a different room, when we got there the AC was not working and we had to ask someone to come fix it because the room was freezing, it worked during the night but when we woke up it was cold again. Other than the breakfast is good.
