Liked: The property was clean and convenient for the things we wanted to be close to
Disliked: There was NO complimentary water. When you skip on the essentials that sends a bad message to the customer.

Very disappointing, especially considering the...

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The tap water tastes terrible. Lighting is inadequate. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, were hard to access and did not meet standards. Water from shower ran out all over the room. HTG/AC was very noisy, & so was outside vehicle noise.

Liked: Good location near the London Bridge, good parking lot next to the hotel, which is very easy to drive to. Good breakfast with inside and outside tables.
Disliked: NA

Staff personnell GREAT, breakfast area...

Liked: Donna, the registration clerk in the morning crew was exceptionally friendly, efficient with the check in process. Polite and professional when explaining all the rules and "legal" stuff.
Disliked: I was with a group of 15 plus people. Most of us checked in at the same time, but there were only 2 luggage dollies available which really slowed down moving luggage from cars to rooms. There were other people NOT in our group who needed dollies too but had to wait a long time for empty dollies to be returned to lobby.
