Not my greatest experience with...

Liked: Kitchen and housekeeping staff were excellent
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude. The electrical plugs on the nightstand were not working (I use a cpap machine so this is very important to me) and when I asked if a handyman could fix it, I was offered a chance to move rooms i said sure. They said they would call me when one was ready (they had been fully booked the night before). Never got a call. Also, I booked and pre-paid my room through a third party and rather than just use my credit card for verification, they charged me so now I have to wade through having the charge reversed. They did the same with my daughter's room (we were traveling together)

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Eggs was overcooked burned, sausage was undercooked they was white not brown. Pool was cloudy. In our room the shower had public hair and when I told them they said they would take care of it. They didn't we went to competition came back spoke to someone 2nd time they said they'd call me back never did I ended up going down there she had to call manager 3rd time. Very said when you pay all that money.

No drinking water provided.

Disliked: Smelled very strong of marijuana in hallway and room. Staff could not find our reservation and wanted us to pay again. When checking out I saw the exact same thing happening to another customer trying to check in. At check out, I was given blank paper folded up as a receipt, then someone else’s receipt with their payment and personal I formation, then finally my receipt. We didn’t have towels, tub, and bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on them. The doors to the rooms have a large gap all the way around which you can see both in and out of. Did not feel safe in this room and Luke I was trying to be taken advantage of by the staff.
