Liked: The personnel were great. The second room’s TV and remote worked and did well. The second room’s odor was good. The HVAC was good in the second room. The first bathroom looked clean and better than the second. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Missing and not working TV remote, hair dryer, and soap in the first room. The first room smelled like smoke. Second room’s bathroom was stains in the tub and not repaired after a wall mounted shelf must have fallen off. Needed to change rooms due to non working pieces in the first room.
